Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with GlideClean.
We want you to be happy with your order. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us that you would like to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused
• In the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging where possible
• Not damaged, altered, or used for hygiene reasons

Please include:
• Your full name
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos of the item if it is damaged, faulty, or incorrect
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include clear photos of the item and packaging.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to wait until the item arrives and then follow the return process.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
• Used items
• Items damaged by the customer
• Items returned without approval
• Items that are not in their original condition
• Personal care items that have been used, for hygiene reasons
Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will check the tracking status.
Delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, incorrect addresses, or supplier processing times are outside our direct control, but we will help where possible.
