Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Estimated UK delivery is usually 4–9 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability, courier delays, customs checks, and local delivery conditions.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses, courier delays, customs checks, or events outside our control.

6. Customer Information

We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details.

7. Returns and Refunds

Items must be unused and in their original condition where possible.

For hygiene reasons, used personal care items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund.
